Meanings of colours:
- green - interconnect module components: surface feature, terminal;
- light blue - Bottom package component:
- cross filling - joint terminal;
- boarder - package body.
- light red - Top package component:
- cross filling - joint terminal;
- boarder - package body.
- dark blue - highlighted packaged component (R4).

Meanings of colours:
- white - interfacial connection
- black - component termination passage
- light red (also cross filling) - design layer stratum (LAYER_1)
- dark red - highlighted netwotk (ANALOG_GND)
- light blue (also cross filling) - design layer stratum (LAYER_2)
- dark green - Solder Mask
- green - interconnect module (PCB usage view): cutout surface, edge surface
