ISO URN

RFC 5141, A Uniform Resource Name (URN) Namespace for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) defines a URN namespace identification for ISO documents.

To identify a schema, some more data elements are needed. The SC 4 standing document URI defined by an SC4 standard (SC 4 N2328) extends the ISO URN scheme for identifying varioius kinds of resources, including EXPRESS schemas. However, it does not have specific provisions for identifying the different kinds of schemas (ARM vs. AIM, LF vs. SF) that occur in modules. Perhaps an enhancement is needed.
